The registration fee is charged once for your selected job program.
You may request cancellation within 3 days of payment if no service (CV review, mock interview or portal setup) has started.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Fees are not refundable once any service has been delivered, or if the account is suspended for false information.
If money was debited but registration failed, contact us with the transaction ID and it will be resolved or refunded.
